Deliveries are made to the threshold only (front door or garage).
A neighbor or representative may sign for the delivery if authorized.
Delivery Process
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the shipping company’s contact info.
Provide a valid phone number for scheduling delivery.
The shipping company will call to confirm your delivery window.
Delivery does not include installation or placement beyond the threshold.
Limited Access & Extra Charges
Extra fees may apply for locations that are difficult to reach or require special equipment, such as:
